Please allow 3-5 days for order processing.
US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days).
International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. If you are an international customer and would prefer another shipping option, please contact us for more information.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, {clutch ny} accepts returns of merchandise in original condition within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Returns will not be accepted past 15 days.
Please use the contact form to receive your Return Authorization before shipping. Be sure to include the following information:
- Order Number
- Full Name and Address
- Reason for Return
Once you have been issued a Return Authorization, please include a copy with your return. All items must be in unused condition to ensure a full refund.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped within New York state will be charged 8.875% sales tax. There is no charge for orders placed outside of NY state.
